GPM1 promoter
The GPM1 promoter is an upstream regulatory sequence of the GPM1 gene in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, responsible for driving the transcription of the GPM1 gene. As a constitutive promoter, the GPM1P promoter enables stable and continuous expression under various cellular metabolic conditions, particularly in those related to the glycolysis pathway. Due to its moderate length and medium expression strength, the GPM1P promoter is widely used in the fields of synthetic biology and metabolic engineering.
